We were part of the design team that worked on the Glorypark garages from 2007-2008 and never received a dime for our work. This past January we found out from the Hicks Holdings COO that they have no intention of paying our invoices "because they lost money on the deal too." Sadly we weren't aware when we signed up for the work that we weren't going to be paid for work completed if the deal didn't go thru. All I can say is Beware.
